About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health and Social Care Apprentice. As a key member of our community and supported services, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers who have complex homelessness needs to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with daily living tasks, promoting their independence and helping them achieve their personal goals.
- Contribute to support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews, ensuring that each customer receives tailored support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support package, focusing on customer-centered care.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs, providing empathetic and non-judgmental support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in health and social care.
