About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health and Social Care Apprentice. As a key member of our community and supported services, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers who have complex homelessness needs to develop their skills and live more independently in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence and help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Help customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
- Contribute to support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.
- Build relationships with customers and colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
