About the Role
As a Health and Social Care Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop a career in supported housing, health, and social care. You will work with our customers who have complex homelessness needs, supporting them to develop their skills and live more independently in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with daily living tasks to promote their independence and help them achieve their goals.
- Help customers with daily living activities, such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
- Contribute to support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, providing a supportive and inclusive environment.
