Health and Social Care Apprentice (24679)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Health and Social Care Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with complex homelessness needs to develop their skills and live more independently in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with daily living tasks to promote independence and achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.
  • Develop relationships with customers and colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Passion for supporting customers to live their best life.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn our electronic systems.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, ideally with a minimum Level 1 ability in English and Maths.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team.
