About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Health and Social Care Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers who have complex homelessness needs to develop their skills and live more independently in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with practical daily living tasks to develop their independence and help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Help customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
  • Contribute to support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.
  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
