Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and training materials to enhance the support experience.
  • Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and technologies to provide high-quality support and advice.

Requirements

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
  • Previous experience in a software-hosted product-related business.
  • Strong technical background and expertise in areas such as AWS, Azure, Windows Server, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
