Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AWD online. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all technical issues, providing timely and effective support to our customers.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network equipment. You will work collaboratively with other support teams to resolve complex issues and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Initial Diagnosis and Triage: Perform initial diagnosis of incidents to determine their root cause and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams if necessary.
  2. Service Request Fulfilment: Process and fulfill standard service requests such as password resets, software installations, and access management.
  3. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system alerts and performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues.
  4. Collaboration with Teams: Work collaboratively with other support teams to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Defender.
  2. Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  3. Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  4. Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
