Industrial Power Tool Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair on industrial power tools, predominantly bolting, material handling and fastening solutions including wrenches, drills, torque guns, fasteners, precision tooling and associated tooling products. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills for power tool repairs and maintenance.
This position involves troubleshooting and diagnosing power tool malfunctions, offering effective repair solutions. Calibration, commissioning and on-site support for bolting solutions and fastening systems are also key responsibilities of the job. Additionally, maintaining service records and reporting on power tool performance and repairs is a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Technician, Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Workshop Engineer, Calibration Engineer, Mechanical Engineer M&E Engineer within industrial products. Proven diagnostic skills on complicated electrical and/or mechanical engineering systems are essential. Full product training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate has the necessary skills to perform the role effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on industrial power tools.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose power tool malfunctions.
- Calibration, commissioning and on-site support for bolting solutions and fastening systems.
- Maintain service records and report on power tool performance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Technician, Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Workshop Engineer, Calibration Engineer, Mechanical Engineer M&E Engineer within industrial products.
- Proven diagnostic skills on complicated electrical and/or mechanical engineering systems.
- Hands on service maintenance background in power tools, pneumatic tools, electric motors, hydraulics, rotating equipment, automation, robotics, instrumentation or similar mechanical equipment.
