Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in industrial products to join our team as an Industrial Power Tools Specialist. The successful candidate will work in our workshop near Preston and provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, maintenance, commissioning, calibration, fault finding, and on-site support for a range of industrial power tools.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Repair, maintain and calibrate industrial power tools, including wrenches, drills, torque guns, fasteners, precision tooling and associated tooling products.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose power tool malfunctions, offering effective repair solutions.
  3. Commission and calibrate bolting solutions and fastening systems.
  4. Maintain accurate service records and report on power tool performance and repairs.
  5. Liaise with various engineering departments.

Requirements and Salary
  • £33,000- £35,000 salary depending on experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial products.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Ability to commute to the workshop near Preston and willingness to travel UK wide when required.
