Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary:

Crimson is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support and technical expertise within our clients' Office 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and expertise for Office 365 tools deployment, including installations and configurations.
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 applications, with a focus on Intune for device management, configuration, and end-user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within the Office 365 environment.
  • Document solutions and keep support documentation up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with project teams to onboard new solutions into the support framework.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to ensure smooth implementation into the Office 365 processes and governance.
  • Provide necessary IT training to end-users to enhance their proficiency with Office 365 tools.
  • Liaise with internal teams to address issues and support business challenges.
  • Identify and complete root cause analysis for common issues and propose solutions to reduce support calls.
  • Contribute to improving support services and processes.
  • Support the installation or removal of technology equipment.
  • Maintain the device asset list in near real-time using Office 365 tools and report on any issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience supporting technical installations and configurations of Office 365 tools deployment.
  • Experience providing updates via Intune.
  • End User Management experience.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work with infrastructure to design and maintain processes for colleague and store devices.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with third-party vendors.
  • Strong experience providing necessary IT training to end-users.
  • Liaising with internal teams to address issues and support business challenges.
