Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled O365 Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Jumar Solutions. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our clients' Microsoft 365 deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for O365 deployments, including configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user management.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and technologies.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical expertise to support sales efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 deployments, including Intune configuration and management.
  • Excellent technical support skills, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
