Job Title: Scientific Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scientific Technician to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. As a Scientific Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our staff and students in the Laboratories, assisting in the preparation of chemicals for demonstrations and practical activities, and contributing to the maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Technician in supporting staff and students in the Laboratories
  • Prepare chemicals for demonstrations and practical activities
  • Contribute to the assessment, monitoring, and review of health and safety procedures and information resources
  • Support the maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a laboratory setting preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
