Future Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Quality Complaints Coordinator to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for managing our Corrective Actions systems, researching quality data, and creating effective reporting to identify root causes of quality problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Corrective Actions systems (CAR and SCAR) to ensure compliance with quality management standards
- Research and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective reporting to aid in identifying root causes of quality problems
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of process diagrams and quality systems to support quality and environmental engineers
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements
- Education to degree or diploma standard with a knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)
- Ability to analyze and present quality data in a professional manner
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to ensure sustained operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with suppliers
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate logical and analytical thinking
