SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide mental health support for students at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Poole.
- Support the mental health and wellbeing of students, promoting confidence and resilience.
- Work closely with the teaching team to develop strategies for supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them to build positive relationships with their peers.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children or young people with mental health needs or SEN. They will be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and committed to delivering high-quality support.
Key Benefits:- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience
