About the Role:

We are seeking a People Culture Manager: Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team based in Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for Talent Acquisition Success across the property, building and managing the Talent Acquisition strategy, delivering Talent Acquisition Learning and Development, and coaching Hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost-effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill, optimize fit and retention, and place top-quality, diverse candidates in open positions.
  • Build strong relationships with business and HR leadership, hiring managers, and talent acquisition team to determine business staffing needs.
  • Partner with Area Talent Acquisition Manager on best practice and strategies to attract diverse talent and leverage internal/external systems and tools to drive hiring results.
  • Responsible for full cycle Talent Acquisition, up to and including Planning Committee.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business and HR leadership, hiring managers, and talent acquisition team.
  • Experience implementing cost-effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill, optimize fit and retention, and place top-quality, diverse candidates in open positions.
