About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Professional Youth Justice Practitioner. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of young people subject to statutory Court Orders and Prevention programmes.
">Responsibilities

- Engage and work closely with young people, their parents/carers, and other stakeholders to support them throughout the intervention process.">
- Manage risk and ensure the effective delivery of interventions to meet the needs of each young person.">
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions.">
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to reduce reoffending and promote positive outcomes for young people.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Degree in a related discipline or equivalent level of experience in Youth Justice.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.">
- The drive and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing demands and priorities.">
- The ability to work flexibly, including Saturdays and Bank Holidays on a rota basis, to provide a duty officer for local courts.">
