Youth Justice Intervention Specialist

In this role, you will work as part of a multi-agency team to support young people who are subject to statutory Court Orders and Prevention programmes. Your primary goal will be to engage with the individuals and their families, providing guidance and support throughout the intervention process.
We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong understanding of Youth Justice principles and practices. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and young adults from diverse backgrounds. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is essential, as well as a proven track record of completing assessments and delivering interventions.
The successful candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, with a drive to deliver an exceptional service despite competing demands. Saturdays and Bank Holidays may be required on a rota basis, as part of our duty officer service for local courts.
A competitive salary of £35,745 - £38,223 (Grade GO9) reflects the importance of this role within our organisation. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we would welcome your application.
