Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assessment and Intervention Specialist to join our team in Wrexham. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team and be able to conduct comprehensive assessments with families.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To assess the needs of families and develop plans to support them
  2. To collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families
  3. To manage cases and work towards resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements: Minimum 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team, DipSW or equivalent, HCPC registration, current DBS, car driver's license

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, flexible by negotiation

Contract Duration: Temporary, 3 months

Salary: Estimated at £25-£30 per hour based on location and experience
