Job Summary

Suffolk Rehabilitation and Recovery Service (SRRS) is a 24-hour service, and this administrative role will cover Monday to Friday between core hours of 8am - 5pm.

Main Responsibilities

As a clinical team administrator, you will be an integral part of the team, providing excellent administrative support to the ward management team, medical, and clinical staff. Patient care is our top priority, and as an administrator, your responsibility will be to provide a high standard of up-to-date record-keeping and data quality to support our high standards of care.

The team offers support for service users who have recently been discharged from an acute ward and need support reintegrating into the community while providing them with the tools they need to lead a happy and fulfilling life.

Key Duties
  • Attend and minute multi-disciplinary team meetings and patient reviews
  • Work with professionals, carers, family members, and patients to ensure a high-quality standard of care
  • Answer phones for the team
  • Create letters for consultants as required
  • Procure orders for the unit
  • Raise IT and maintenance requests
  • Clinical scanning
