Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a reputable nursing home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Deputy Manager.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and other legislative requirements.
  • L3 qualification (desirable).
