Job Title: Deputy Manager Nursing Home

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a nursing home. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Home Manager in the management of the home, including staff supervision and development.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents, in line with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the home.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role or with a valid Nursing PIN.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff, residents, and families.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and other legislative requirements.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional services and making a positive impact.
