Job Title: Deputy Manager Nursing Home

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a nursing home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and services to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other legislative requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position or with a valid Nursing PIN.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and other legislative requirements.
