Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Brock Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained in our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and other legislative requirements
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference
