Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Brock Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our nursing home team, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing home team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the needs of residents are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing home team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies, including CQC requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a care home or healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.
