Document Controller - An Opportunity to Grow

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our High Voltage team in the UK & Ireland. This individual will be responsible for managing project documentation, working closely with the Project Engineering team, customers, and suppliers/subcontractors.

The successful candidate will have experience with document management systems and software, such as Microsoft Office. They will be familiar with creating and maintaining documentation trackers, producing site-ready installation drawing packages, and assisting in tracking document status and timescales.

About the Job:
  • Manage project documentation according to HV Service procedures and client demands.
  • Collaborate with the Project Engineering team to create, review, and distribute drawings/documents.
  • Develop and maintain documentation trackers for live projects based on document names, revisions, and status.
  • Produce site-ready installation drawing packages, including printing drawings in required sizes, formats, and stamped functions.
  • Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer in tracking document status and timescales issued to clients for review and suppliers for updates.
  • Support collating drawings and documentation for project close-out, returning it to the customer.


Salary Range: £42,000 - £62,000 per annum
