We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our team at Children's Hospice South West. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, home-cooked meals and snacks for children and families during their stays.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and snacks for children and families
- Work as part of a friendly and professional team of kitchen staff and volunteers
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation
- Provide excellent customer service to children and families
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic food hygiene certificate and a recognised catering qualification (or willingness to undertake this)
