As a Senior Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Wellbeing Centre, ensuring it meets quality, health and safety, and commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing facilities, particularly within a commercial or customer-service-led environment. They should possess a sound understanding of health and safety requirements and standards. Additionally, they must have proven management experience, with evidence of managing performance, improving potential, and effectively leading teams.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £37,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including gym membership, private healthcare, and lifestyle and financial wellbeing packages. Our goal is to create a work environment where employees feel valued, healthy, and happy.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Experience of managing facilities, including overall responsibility for health and safety;
  • A track record of driving site efficiency through continuous monitoring of basic training standards;
  • Proven ability to lead and foster an open and transparent culture that encourages staff to share ideas and suggestions for improvement;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
