Operations Manager (Wellbeing) Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager (Wellbeing) to join our team at Nuffield Health's Farnborough Fitness & Wellbeing Club.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the wellbeing centre, including overall responsibility for health and safety. This will involve leading teams, managing performance, improving potential, and continually improving site standards to ensure an efficiently running, safe, and clean environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • H&S Leadership: Maintain optimal standards in all aspects of customer environment, including equipment, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Accident Investigation: Work closely with the Regional Health and Safety Coordinator to investigate incidents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Sales Mentality: Embed a sales mentality into duty management and reception teams to promote services to members.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £37,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including gym membership and private healthcare.
