Facilities Operations Manager

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of site services and ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with account processes, SLAs/KPIs. This includes managing the financial budget, raising purchase orders, and managing third-party contractors.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, 5 years of experience in a similar position, and good knowledge of SLAs/KPIs. They will also have good understanding of contracts and negotiations, experience in dealing with suppliers/contractors, and strong finance skills with budget management experience.
The Facilities Manager will work closely with the client, key stakeholders, customers, landlord representatives, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of all project-related works. They will also be responsible for maintaining performance standards to ensure customer expectations are achieved/exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of site services and ensure that all services are provided in accordance with account processes, SLAs/KPIs
- Manage the financial budget and raise purchase orders
- Manage third-party contractors and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed
- Work closely with the client, key stakeholders, customers, landlord representatives, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of all project-related works
- Maintain performance standards to ensure customer expectations are achieved/exceeded
- Assist with the coordination and testing of Business Continuity Planning for the site
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated in a safe manner
- Develop and maintain successful working relationships with the client, key stakeholders, customers, landlord representatives, and suppliers
