Bid Manager

Aramark UK is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will work on bids across various divisions, including food service and facilities management. They will be responsible for developing innovative and best-in-class tender documents, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and delivering high-quality written proposal responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the tender process through all stages, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create innovative and best-in-class tender documents.
- Deliver completed quality written proposal responses to reviewers against agreed RFP deadlines.
- Prepare proposal responses from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, IT, culinary, finance, commercial, legal, and operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a contract catering or facilities management bid writer/manager role.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Word packages.
- Creative writing skills.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, manage multiple deadlines, and be calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of InDesign or a desire to learn the software.
