About the Role

Aramark UK is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join their team. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing bids across various divisions, including food service and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create high-quality tender documents
  • Manage the tender process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Prepare and deliver proposal responses to clients, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Contribute to the development of creative and innovative proposal content, highlighting Aramark's unique selling points
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a bid writing or management role, preferably in contract catering or facilities management
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to create high-quality documents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Knowledge of InDesign or willingness to learn
