Bid Proposal Manager

Aramark UK is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will work on bids across our Food Service divisions and some soft facilities management, developing innovative and best-in-class tender documents.
As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the tender process through all stages, collaborating with sales and operations teams to create high-quality proposal responses.
You will work closely with sales and operations professionals, graphic design teams, and fellow bid team members to ensure on-time completion and a high level of quality.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Word packages, minimum 1 year's experience in a contract catering or facilities management bid writer/manager role, and creative writing skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the tender process through all stages
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create high-quality proposal responses
- Work closely with sales and operations professionals, graphic design teams, and fellow bid team members
- Deliver completed quality written proposal responses to Reviewers against agreed RFP deadlines
- Prepare proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders
- Direct contribution of text to proposal documents and presentations
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Word packages
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a contract catering or facilities management bid writer/manager role
- Creative writing skills
- Ability to build professional relationships and good inter-personal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and be calm under pressure
