Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor at a professional commercial office environment. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, including people management, delegation, and hands-on maintenance of plant and equipment. Collaboration with operations and administrative staff is essential, as is effective communication with our on-site client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Predictive Maintenance (PPMs) are delivered efficiently and on time
- Liaise with our operations and administrative teams
- Participate in the call-out rota, providing support as needed
- Supervise a small team, delegating tasks effectively
- Undertake routine, reactive, and additional works as required
- Maintain a deep understanding of health and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Trade/City and Guilds qualification or equivalent
- Proficiency in CAFM systems
- Previous experience in people management and supervision
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Services
- Microsoft Office literacy
- Effective client liaison skills
- Ability to manage logbooks
