Care Manager for Elderly Residents

The SCR residential home is seeking an experienced and quality-focused Care Manager to lead its team in providing exceptional care to elderly residents.
Located in the Bournemouth area, this beautiful small-sized home caters to individuals with dementia, requiring a skilled Registered Manager who has prior experience in CQC-registered or similar settings.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, along with opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
To be successful as a Care Manager, you will possess:
- A QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people's or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding results and deliver high-quality person-centred care
