We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care Worker to join our team in Dorset.

About the Role
- Assist residents with daily activities, including meal preparation and household duties
- Support residents with mobility and communication needs
- Contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our residents
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare meals and snacks according to individual dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
Requirements
- Mandatory Care Certificate (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS clearance (assistance provided)
Salary and Benefits
