Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide person-centered care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services, including assessing resident needs and developing individual care plans.
  • To maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration and any changes to their condition.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care-related role, or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
