Senior Care Lead

Colten Care, an award-winning family-owned care home group, is seeking a Senior Care Lead to join their team at Avon Reach in Christchurch, Dorset.
This role offers a competitive salary of £14.00 - £16.00 per hour, paid breaks, and free meals on duty.
About the Role:
As a Senior Care Lead, you will work closely with the Nursing team, playing a leading role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with staff training and supervision.
You will build lasting relationships with residents and make a meaningful difference to their health and well-being every day.
About You:
We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience working in adult care, preferably in a similar role, and qualified for NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
You should have excellent communication skills, be able to lead with a "can-do" attitude, and possess good observation skills, attention to detail, and a sense of fun.
