**Job Description**
Mploy Staffing Solutions is hiring a Resident Care Specialist to support our care home partners. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to residents.
Compensation: £14.69 per hour, including enhanced rates on bank holidays, weekly pay, double time on bank holidays, holiday pay, pension schemes, and refer a friend rewards.
Responsibilities:**
- Assist care home staff with daily care tasks, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
