Resident Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Resident Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our residents, providing personalized support and care that promotes their independence and dignity.

Job Overview:

As a Resident Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure their optimal health and well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation.
  • Monitor residents' progress and report any changes or concerns to ensure their optimal health and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals to maintain open and transparent relationships.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary range: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
