Care Assistant Professional

This role comes with a competitive salary of £14.50 - £17.00 per hour, including paid breaks and free meals on duty.
About the Role:
As a Resident Support Specialist, you will be responsible for administering medicines, contributing to care planning, and supporting the training and supervision of new staff.
You will work closely with our Nursing team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
About You:
We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience working in adult care, preferably in a similar role, and qualified for NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess good observation skills, attention to detail, and a sense of compassion.
