About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cluster Sales Executive to join our team at The Royal Horseguards Hotel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our meeting and events facilities to prospective clients and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to promote our meeting and events facilities.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their events are executed to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with our events team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
