Job Summary

The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities across all relevant segments within the Heathrow cluster of hotels. This role will involve working towards and meeting agreed sales objectives and targets, developing account animation plans to ensure maximum share from each account, and creating effective relationships with brand partner sales teams and Arora central teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners and Arora central teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to support business decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales management in a hotel environment
  • Experience working with major global hotel brands is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
