Job Title: Cluster Commercial Director

As a key member of the Hilton Hotels team, the Cluster Commercial Director plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market share expansion across the cluster. This strategic position requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profit performance across the cluster.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team, Sales, Catering, and Events, Marketing, eCommerce, and Public Relations teams to drive commercial growth.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
  • Lead and develop the commercial team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform commercial strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, hotel teams, and Hilton matrix support teams to ensure commercial benefits are realized.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion in a commercial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the hotel industry and commercial operations.
