Transformative Leadership Opportunity

The Royal British Legion is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Cluster Leader to join our innovative Transformation team. This key role will play a critical part in shaping the Transformation Management Office (TMO) strategy and driving the growth of the leadership function.

As a Transformation Cluster Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of transformational Cluster initiatives. This will involve ensuring programmes and projects within the Cluster are executed efficiently, aligned with strategic goals, and delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality.

You will work closely with our Executive team, senior leaders, and colleagues across the charity to provide expertise in project, programme, and change management. Under the direction of the Director of Transformation, you will drive excellence and delivery of strategic priorities, providing assurance bespoke to the individual business areas in the Cluster.

This is a truly cross-functional enabling role, working across all Directorates to deliver transformational programmes and support growth towards successful delivery of our Strategy. Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of TMO strategy, including developing and implementing plans for Function maturity.
  • Providing inspiring leadership of multi-disciplinary programmes and projects teams within a Cluster, driving change across both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Supporting resource management across the Cluster, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Providing insights and accurate interpretation of programmes and projects data within the Cluster, ensuring continuous and effective reporting to senior management.
  • Active engagement with the Cluster Executive owner and key stakeholders for continuous improvement.

You will be contracted to your home address, where you will be expected to work using our collaboration tools when not travelling.
