Transformation Cluster Leader

Transformative Leadership Opportunity

The Royal British Legion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Cluster Leader to join our innovative Transformation team. As a key member of our Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will play a critical role in shaping our TMO strategy and driving the delivery of transformational initiatives.

As a Transformation Cluster Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of transformational Cluster initiatives, ensuring programmes/projects within the Cluster are executed efficiently, aligned with strategic goals, and delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality.

You will work closely with our Executive team, senior leaders, and colleagues across the charity to provide expertise in project, programme, and change management. Your leadership will drive excellence and delivery of strategic priorities, providing assurance bespoke to the individual business areas in the Cluster.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of TMO strategy, including developing and implementing plans for Function maturity.
  • Providing inspiring leadership of multi-disciplinary programmes/projects teams within a Cluster, driving change across both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Supporting resource management across the Cluster, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Providing insights and accurate interpretation of programmes/projects data within the Cluster, ensuring continuous and effective reporting to senior management.
  • Active engagement with the Cluster Executive owner and key stakeholders for continuous improvement.
