Job Summary
The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities across all relevant segments within the Heathrow cluster of hotels. This role will involve working towards and meeting agreed sales objectives and targets, developing account animation plans, and creating effective relationships with brand partners, Arora central teams, and other hotel or hotel cluster sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners and Arora central teams
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other hotel or hotel cluster sales teams to share best practices and drive revenue growth
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to support business decision-making
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales management in a hotel environment
- Experience working with major global hotel brands is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and hands-on approach
- Computer literate
