**Job Description:**

At Rosemontpharma, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting personal sales targets and influencing key healthcare professionals to grow prescription volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet personal sales targets by focusing on hospitals and targeted high-potential accounts in primary care.
  2. Influence key healthcare professionals through face-to-face appointments and virtual engagement.
  3. Grow primary care business through selective customer promotional activities.
  4. Expand secondary care business by promoting unique selling points of Rosemont products.
  5. Monitor competitive activity and develop response strategies.
  6. Analyze sales data to manage targeted activity.
  7. Effectively use CRM systems to plan and report customer calls.
  8. Acknowledge responsibility for ensuring an effective Quality Management System.
