About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Development Manager to join our team in Central Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across existing and new accounts.
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately within our CRM system.
  • Utilise customer intelligence to inform account planning and achieve full customer/contact coverage.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of delivering sales as part of a clearly defined strategy and an understanding of financial performance.
  • Able to demonstrate key behaviours in line with our sales strategy and make things happen by showing drive and determination.
  • Knowledge of the Challenger Sale methodology is advantageous.
  • A full UK Driving License.
