Sales Director – Leadership Role

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our Sales and Go-To-Market strategy, driving revenue growth and accelerating our company's expansion.

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee large-scale sales operations, manage high-growth sales engines, and develop a high-performance culture that motivates and engages team members.

With extensive experience in the software sector, you'll lead a team of Account Managers and New Business sellers, focusing on building our brand and market presence through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to secure new business and customer sales
  • Leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth and profitability
  • Building strategic partnerships with key technology providers and industry associations
  • Contributing to the Divisional Sales Leadership Team and sharing best practices across divisions
