Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Strategic Accounts team in driving growth and revenue expansion in key market segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth in complex, dynamic commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to build high-performance capability and competence
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to achieve Divisional and Group goals
  • Set goals, develop, and evaluate activity and sales metrics to achieve growth objectives
  • Support account strategy development and ensure focus on overall value proposition
Requirements
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in a complex, dynamic commercial environment
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science; MBA preferred
