Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Strategic Accounts team in driving growth and revenue expansion in key market segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth in complex, dynamic commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to build high-performance capability and competence
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to achieve Divisional and Group goals
- Set goals, develop, and evaluate activity and sales metrics to achieve growth objectives
- Support account strategy development and ensure focus on overall value proposition
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in a complex, dynamic commercial environment
- Proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science; MBA preferred
